The Naples based club are set to sign the Spain international on a season-long loan from Liverpool after they looked very close to luring former Inter number one, Júlio César back to Italy. The 30 year-old shot stopper is set to link up with his former manager Rafa Benítez. The Spaniard was manager of Liverpool from 2004 to 2010. He eventually joined the Nerazzurri and was sacked just six months after his appointment. Benítez has reportedly become very frustrated in his attempts to sign Júlio César from Queens Park Rangers and had turned to Reina as a potential replacement for the Brazil international who now looks very close to joining North London club, Arsenal.
