A new name for Inter’s attack has come up, and it is the nerazzurri’s sporting director that mentions it. The player’s name is Álvaro Negredo, a Spanish forward class of ’85, who has scored 20 goals in 33 matches this season with Seville.
“Negredo is a great player and we know him very well – Branca said – but we can’t make outlandish moves just now. One thing is to be interested in the player, another is to actually be able to afford him”, the Inter manager explained.
Negredo is being followed closely by Atletico Madrid, since they are trying to replace Radamel Falcao, Monaco’s future striker.
