We are just at the beginning of March and yet, according to the Corriere dello Sport, the Nerazzurri have scored the fifth signing for the 2013-2014 season: Ruben Botta.
For the 23 year-old Argentinian winger who has an EU passport and expiring contract, Inter have accelerated negotiations with intermediary Fernando Hidalgo (agent of Milito) to close everything for the next season. For Botta, a five-year contract is ready at one million euros plus bonuses. This is a figure that fits perfectly to the new policy of Inter which is cutting down their current wages. Agent of Ruben Botta, his father Ismael, was very clear on the future of his son: “Either he will stay at Tigre or go abroad.” The latter is victorious.
We are only missing the final green light of Massimo Moratti which should arrive very soon. But everything is set, Botta is the fifth signing of Inter for the next season after Campagnaro, Andreolli, Laxalt and Icardi.
