Handanovic: 7 – Saves: 2 Kick-offs: 13 Move out: 0
Kept Inter on its feet with a decisive save against Bergessio just after half time. Received a yellow card and is now suspended, the debut of Carrizo is next week.

Zanetti: 6 – Successful tackles: 4/4 Throw-ins: 0 Successful passes: 36/38
Less flashy than usual. The running wild Inter in the second half did not need the runs and the heart of its indestructible captain.

Chivu: 5.5 – Successful tackles: 6/10 Throw-ins: 2 Successful passes: 28/34
Both he and Schelotto messed it up on the header of Marchese for Catania’s second goal. Then had a lively exchange of opinions with his teammates. But he did not miss a beat in the second half.

Juan Jesus: 5 – Successful tackles: 6/7 Throw-ins: 1 Successful passes: 35/37
An incredible mistake that gave Catania the lead. A sin of not having a lot of experience. Demonstrated his character after break.

Pereira: 6.5 – Successful tackles: 3/9 Throw-ins: 3 Successful passes: 27/33
Dispersed in the first 45 minutes. Then, when Inter finally woke up, he found the right time to push on the left wing. And the assist for Palacio was the icing on the cake.

Guarin: 6 – Shots: 3 Successful passes: 26/27 Balls recovered: 2
Strama should not keep asking him to mark the opponent’s regista. After failing against Pizarro, he did also badly this time with Lodi. When he was free, Guarin became impregnable.

Cambiasso: 7 – Shots: 1 Successful passes: 5/6 Balls recovered: 0
The old warrior never betrays. Strama threw him in the battle for the final minutes and he was ready. Close to scoring goal and provided the match-winning assist. Cassano, watch and learn.

Kuzmanovic: 5.5 – Shots: 1 Successful passes: 28/28 Balls recovered: 4
His presence on the field was impalpable. Did not make any outrageous mistakes but did not leave his mark either. The coach then replaced him at half time. A rejection.

Stankovic: 6.5 – Shots: 0 Successful passes: 18/19 Balls recovered: 2
Another “old guard” that never dies. His entry gave a much needed electric shock to the team. Provided determination and organization to the team.

Gargano: 6 – Shots: 0 Successful passes: 38/49 Balls recovered: 7
Bad feet with many misplaced passes. But what saved him was the fact that he chased everyone and everything without ever stopping.

Schelotto: 6 – Shots: 3 Successful passes: 21/24 Balls recovered: 4
Close to scoring with a couple chances that got rejected by the Catania goalkeeper.

Rocchi: 5 – Shots: 2 Dribbling: 0/0 Horizontal passes: 4
Here is the mysterious object of the transfer market. Played for a half but did not do anything other than a shots. Stramaccioni replaced him immediately. The player is not adequate. But we all know that.

Alvarez: 6 – Shots: 2 Dribbling 3/13 Horizontal passes: 3
When the game started to get hot he went into a corner. Does not have the soul of the leader but has quality. He scored the goal that started the come back.

Palacio: 8 – Shots: 2 Dribbling 2/3 Horizontal passes: 4
Luckily for Catania he was tired! Scored two goals with the coldness of a killer and also provided an assist thanks to his South American feet. Inter only have one striker of value but he can do many things.

Stramaccioni: 7
There are coaches who struggle to read the match. Strama, however, is a phenomenon at changing his cards with match in progress. Now he must learn not to make when it comes to the starting 11.

Overall: 7
Played only for one half but with quality and personality of a great team. This comeback can change the face of the season.

I don’t think strama is at fault cause 90% of the matches we played better second half this season and that is thanks to strama. First half we always seem to fuck up and I think that is cause staff are not giving enough information on how the opponents play. Forza inter and forza strama.

Dude Mourinho went to matches to find out about opponents for himself. Staff giving wrong info can happen once or twice, but it seems that the real Inter only show up in the second half every time!!!

No staff comes to the coach to provide him with information on how the other teams play. That is the sole task of the coach… in preparation for the match-day event. It doesn’t matter if you’re Mou or Montella. It’s all the same.

Strama deserve another season end of story….
