Inter continue its new policy focusing on young players. After the signings of Kovacic and Laxalt, Inter now have its hands on another young player named Senna Miangue, 1997-born Beerschot defender. On the player there was strong interest from Arsenal, Anderlecht, Brugge, PSV and Genk but the young defender (central and left back) has confirmed exclusively to FC Inter 1908 on his arrival to Inter in this summer.
Senna, the recent rumors suggested that Arsenal are trying to sign you and they want to beat Inter for your signature. Is this true?
“I only know that Arsenal are interested in me but I honestly do not know anything else.”
But didn’t you already have an agreement with Inter?
“Yes, I have signed a three-year contract with Inter. I do not know when I will leave for Italy. I think in August or so.”
What are your main attributes?
“I would say speed, heading the ball and long passes.”
Who are the players that inspire you? Do you have any particular idol?
“Of course. Players that inspire me are mostly Vincent Kompany and Yaya Toure. They are my models.”
