Zdravko Kuzmanovic is the new Inter midfielder. The player has his past at Fiorentina and is only 25 years old. Kuzmanovic comes to Inter at a transfer fee of just over one million but he has all the characteristics needed to show that Inter made a great deal to sign him.
“I received offers from many teams but when I heard about Inter, I asked my agent Marko to make the deal right away. For me, this is very emotional because Inter are a great club. An incredible chance for my career that I tend to take advantage of,” Kuzmanovic talks exclusively to FC Inter News.
Have you discussed this with Stankovic?
“Unfortunately, I have not had the time to do so. But Deki is a friend and I am sure that he will give me a hand to get to know the dressing room quickly.”
Inter have formalized the signing of Kovacic. What can you say about this young man?
“I do not follow the Croatian league but as far as I can tell, he is a great player and can contribute greatly right away.”
Many reinforcements have arrived in this transfer window.
“We are a great team and on par with others. We can chase Juventus until mathematically we cannot anymore. I believe in this group and this coach.”
Stramaccioni wanted you a lot. How important is it for a player to know that the coach has confidence in you?
“Very important. As a matter of fact, I cannot wait to be available at his service immediately.”
People said that Inter needed a quality midfielder. How do you describe yourself?
“I am strong physically and do a lot of running. I can help this midfield right away, I am in the right conditions to play.”
