Zvonimir Boban analyzes the situation of Mateo Kovacic, the new signing of Inter and one that Boban knows very well.
“The boy has qualities to be even better than me. He is an incredibly serious professional for his age. Kovacic is complete, was not born as a midfield director but he is playing that role now. He is an all-around talent that can continue to grow and has enormous potential. I did not expect this at least not until this afternoon. It was a surprise. Inter did very well to sign him. I think he is perfect in a 3-5-2 because can play as an attacking midfielder or a director. He also sees the game as a playmaker too.”
