Here is the latest on the Paulinho front from Sky.

“As of this morning, there is an emissary of Inter in Brazil which has the task of getting in touch with Corinthians. There was talk of a 15 million transfer fee, and then 20 million. Between tonight and tomorrow, this emissary of Inter will know how much Paulinho costs. Coutinho is already sold so the next few hours Moratti will know how much he has to spend for Paulinho and to give the go ahead. However, there is no optimism on the part of the club due to the lack of time.”

Stramaccioni for real. hes the one who pushed away Cou damn

  • Fifer

    Millioninho!!!

  • Chris

F*** Branca, you useless pile of s***

  • qwerty

WTF! Go fuck yourself, darn you greedy cheap ass brazilian club! Why the hell on earth all Brazilian players’s price are so overpriced nowadays? we’re doomed to fail, Sneijder is gone, Coutinho is gone, and Paulinho won’t come for cheap. Well done Branca… *sarcasm

    • Thiago

Because Brazilian teams do not need to sell those players to “survive”. The are no longer a farm for the europan sides… not a cheap one, at least

      • Interisti

Thiago my friend..why it seems that you always defend the brazilian team..are you really an interisti? I believe most of us here thinks that the brazilian teams are overpricing their price all the time if someone wants to buy their players..but when they want to buy our players they suddenly acts like they are the poorest team on earth..indeed they are just looking for a good business but if you see from the eyes of fans for this team …maybe you might agree that they are overpricing their players value..

  • BULLET

No wonder we’re shit. We do things backwards. Other clubs buy their targets first then sell unwanted players. Inter however, they sell their best players first then HOPE (key word hope) to buy a replacement. And we all know now that if we don’t buy Paulinho now, we will never see him at the club. Inter will simply pocket the money from Wes and Cou and buy nobody. Just like when they sold Balotelli and never found a replacement. I’m sorry to say, we need a new owner with money and balls!!!

      haha. awesome!

Liverpool got its target (Couthinho) in less than two weeks, while we have been targeting Paulinho for almost 7 months. Perhaps, there is a lesson to be learned.

a lesson they will learn …and forget in 5 minutes and 23 seconds later

  • Jonathan

Branca need to be fired that all. Shame for inter we lost a player like cou and we are still sucking this fucking paulino to come. So what was Moratti talking about that inter need a player who can play in a differet role.

  • neroblue

Well, what do you know, Paulinho isn’t coming. So let’s focus on who we can get, Belhanda wants to come to Inter, and we can afford him. We can also bring back Longo, who will do a better job than Rocchi. Hell, we can even get Capoue, for ten million. Its players like these that will give us a much needed jolt, hopefully to actually beat the teams we should be beating and make us competitive against the top teams in Serie A. All we can hope for is a resurgence in these last 16 games in this season.

    • Styles

I agree. Well said. Which means it won’t happen

  • Inter DiHati

Well done! we already make the right direction, we sold wes and cou and we bought rochi. that’s it! scudetto this year will be ours! Hail to the special one stramapussy!

  • Concerned fan

GET BELHANDA. For real he is a younger Sneijder.

  • furious

just like i already thought. selling wes and now cou, for NOTHING.. he has just simply lost the hunger he once had. he surpassed his father achievement, so why would he spend another $$$ then? thank you mr moratti, branca and especially strama. you guys are just putting some great test of the decade on how much love i do have for Inter, hopefully i will pass it well enough

  • Lo Po

If we don’t get Paulinho, just get Balotelli. It’s that simple. We have the money to get Balotelli who is a better player than Paulinho anyway. Hell, the cost that Milan is paying is less than what Paulinho is quoting.
If Milan gets Balotelli this January, we won’t make the Champions League. Write that down.

  • Charlie

If we don’t get this guy, Chelsea or PSG will come in the summer and pay 30 mill ~.~

    • Chalon

thats why they wont sell him to us.

  • Deemon

Well it seems all brazilian clubs are making money thats why there not selling ,so there is a big chance pau will not come we need to move fast to sign an alternative and schelloto we need to close the deal we need a Cb and a striker so 4 players am afraid we wont get any

  • Dublos

This news does not upset me cos I expected this and it is just another shameful episode of how badly the club has been run but really anyone who’s watched how the club has been run since Benitez left will realise that Inter are gonna be fucked for a while yet. Don’t expect any quality/big name managers to arrive in the next 2-3 years cos the last one (Benitez) complained about squad reinforcements (which we needed) he got sacked, all subsequent managers have been puppets because Moratti knows theres no reputable manager that would accept this bullshit. We have lost quality (Wes+Cou) and have done nothing to replace it. Strama said we had to “make painful sacrifices” to get players we need but what protestations will he make now that we won’t get those players. NONE cos uncle Massimo knows best. And the pain continues…..
