Joaquin Correa is a director in the midfield, born in 1994, and plays for Estudiantes. He was the player that replaced Juan Sebastian Veron in his last game as a footballer. Now, la Brujita is the sporting director at Estudiantes and does not want to let Correa go. The player wants Inter who have proposed a one year loan with right to purchase. The parties are talking but there is already an offer made by Inter: 100 thousand euros for the loan, 700 thousand to sign permanently.

Estudiantes, however, are asking 100 thousand dollars for the loan, 1.8 million for 80% of his card. Veron, together with coach Diego Cagna, would like to keep him but at these figures, it is likely that the Argentinian club’s management is willing to sell.

However, this is not a simple negotiation, he is a 1994-born player and the club wants to focus on him for the future. Correa already has a passport and was in Europe in December to take it. Inter want but Veron stops: Correa is a concrete objective.

I’ve seen him play, he’s very tall, slow paced and has some great passing skills.
He’s basically Alvarez, but he plays a little bit behind on the midfield, like veron did.

So he’s young, he’s talented, but he ain’t a box to box mid, so I’m guessing he’ll be benched all the time at Inter.

For his own good, he shouldn’t come.

If strama doesn’t want to use pure playmaker in his formation, i think he’s useful to play deep lying midfielder like what motta did… The question is…???

Finnaly, a reasonable transfer. If he can play as good as veron did we can sure use him. Remember viera? Or yaya toure in manc city? Those players can make the difference in the game. And don’t forget, his price is reasonable.
