Zanetti: “I Want To Win Coppa Italia And Europa League”

Speaking to Telelombardia, Inter captain Javier Zanetti has set many team objectives for Inter this season.

“I am thinking of winning Coppa Italia and Europa League. Then I want to finish as high as possible in the league. We started to decline after the victory against Juventus but now we are better. However, in some circumstances, we deserved more. The team was reinforced last summer and now, the club continues moving forward with several directions. Rocchi has already arrived and other players are ready to wear the black and blue shirt.”

    Coppa italia? NO thanks.. Just get that top 3 in serie a!!! and europa league is just a bonus if we win.. but srew coppa italia, its a mickey mouse cup..

      coppa italia and the EL are our only realistic chance of winning something this season… more the coppa than the EL. and the coppa italia isnt a “mickey nouse cup”. it might not be as important and prestigious as a serieA title but it counts. it would be important for this new growing inter squad to win something in its 1st season.
