Wesley Sneijder has had a conversation with Galatasaray president who, in that meeting, did make a positive impact in convincing the Dutch midfielder to choose Galatasaray as his next team. However, what was asked by Sneijder is a little patience to make “a difficult decision. In an interview today with a local Turkish media, the same Sneijder once again is asking for time.
“I am in some sort of stalling phase because changing country is not easy and for this reason, I ask for a little bit more time. I will see my father this weekend who will come to Milan. Then on Monday, I will have a meeting with my agent Soren Lerby to discuss the current situation. At that point, you will know my decision.”
So the moral here is that we are at the end of this Sneijder transfer saga and this torment should end in the next few hours. At that point, we all can move on. Sneijder will go to his next team, Inter will be able to use the money to reinvest and improve the team hopefully.
