To everyone’s surprise, Wesley Sneijder announces on Twitter (dispite the ban imposed by the club recently) that he will not be available against Neftchi. Here are the words from the Dutch midfielder: “For those who have asked me whether or not I am called up for tomorrow, no I will not be called up!!!” The message is clear Sneijder will be out for the last Europa League group stage match tomorrow. But the major thing here is that Wesley Sneijder has deliberately broken the club’s rules and regulations on social networks. And now, with that tweet, Wes is risking a fine which is nothing but damaging the relationship between all parties even more. The Gazzetta dello Sport has described this event as “new controversy is now open” due to Wes’s violation to the rules.

      Sad but true!

Always hated this little shit. He only had 1 good season. We should have sold them instead of Eto’o.

    Sneijder….go fuck yourself.

That’s very nice of you. Inter should be so proud of having fans like you who would support them no matter what awful shit they do. (Not that Inter shouldn’t sell Sneijder, but that they shouldn’t treat their players this way.)

Wes break the rules. Just remember we win ten games without him. It not that we do not need him any more but this guy cannot play at the same level as before and i think that moratti do want to pay a huge salary for some poor performance

  • Alex G.Meazza

We’ll be good without him. In his mind he left inter 2 years ago. He played good only under Mourinho and Leonardo. Now when I mentioned Mou, Marca wrote that he will leave real madrid at the end of this season. It would be so good if he returns to Inter. Moratti needs to do something about that. He must convince Mou somehow to come back

  • Jonathan

Please sell this guy. For me if he was a real player of inter he should have accept the pay cut. He play so badly during these last two season. He was always injuired. Wes in only thinking about money even when he cannot peformed well. That all to say. Forza inter

  • 1908

Friends if u look at him in the last 2 years u will kn he’s never given a 100% or even 59% I say let him go but leave on good terms if possible no player is bigger than inter we seen then come we seen than go inter will always go on Forza inter!!!

I dont know what’s wrong with the management. they treat our player too harsh..

    • http://www.facebook.com/brhtm Ari Abadi Putra

So true,, they treat Sneijder so bad ,, :’(

      • James

Sneijder got what he deserved, he is always injured and when he is gonna train rehab he partys whit Paris Hilton. He was great when we won CL but he has not preform since Leonardo left.

        • #4

i agree with you, but Inter should to respect their players or at least their contracts. If it.s not, then it will caused the atmosphere in changing room not condusive and the potential signing probably won’t be coming.

  • Este19

I’ve been hoping we’d sell him for well over a year. He acts like a diva and has been making doe-eyes at ManU to come get him, then refusing to take a reasonable pay-cut. This whole situation was easy to see coming. I’m just hoping we can still get a decent fee for him, as our negotiating leverage has definitely been hurt.
If Ricky is going to as has been rumored, then I’m thinking we’ll need: a top winger, a new backup CB to replace Silvestre, and a reliable vice-Milito. Hopefully we can get all that this winter. It should be possible.

    • neroazzurro87

PLEASE, PLEASE, STOP THE “VICE MILITO”, WHEN THE TRUE MILITO PLAYS LIKE A GOLDEN BIN

While I’m realt disappointed with the way the management has handled the whole wes case, i think there might be agreat opportunity here. Wes was and still is one of my top players but his mentality does not fit that of the team anymore. Yes, the management are treating the ’10 generation with great indignity towards their importance to the club but truth is that since then Inter has chosen to follow a different path, on which contracts such as Maicon, Jc and ultimately Wes are not sustainable. The opportunity that arises from the whole situation has a name: Coutinho. So far this season he hasnt been given an opportunity but in the preseason he showed his quality, creativity, instincts and fantasy. I think Cou must get more opportunities (even more than Ricky) because he can evolve into a great asset for the future inter. And since noone is bigger than the club, he can make te gap left behind by wes feel minimal.

  • Indonesian Internisti

trade Wes to Oezil…..Oezil has less playing time now due to Modric arrival

  • nerazzurri12

I honestly dont understand why the management treats these players like shit..

  • rob

why are people feeling sympathy for wes? inter simply cannot afford to play him what he is currently earning and honestly he doesnt even deserve the contract he is on at all so asking for a salary reduce is by no means treating him poorly, i am in favor of selling him and thereby giving cou and hopfully when he returns from injury bessa some playing time because they are the future of inter!
