FORZA INTER

PREVIEW

In just a few hours, Inter will put its current winning streak of six straight games on the line against Bologna. Despite being at the bottom of the standings (15th place to be specific), Bologna will certainly be a tough customer to deal with as it is always difficult to win on the road. And as the result, we all can expect a very strong lineup provided by Stramaccioni. In the defense, after having a game off against Partizan, Ranocchia and Samuel should return to the starting lineup to form the regular three-man backline with Juan Jesus. In the midfield, Gargano and Cambiasso in the midfield with Zanetti and Nagatomo on the right and left. Offensively, the “heavy” trident of Cassano, Palacio and Milito will continue after impressive performance against Catania last Sunday.

A very ‘sitting on the fence’ approach in the formation. The flanks of Zanetti and Nagatomo will go forward; Cambiasso and Gargano will shift back. 5-man attack, 5-man defence.
It would’ve been better to play Alvarez to give some creative spark.

I would have preferred Alvarez over Cassano. Cassano needs rest.

great for the atk and if ricky helps defencively which i believe he usualy does it will give us stability in the defence

  • Ognjen Dakic

    3-4-1-2 is better with Alvarez

  • Denny

I dont mind this formation, although I wanna see Alvarez as trequartesta in this match,,, because give Cassano a rest is not a bad idea at all,,, He can come in second half if we are really really need a goal,,,

I don’t usually recommend strikers but when i do. I recommend Palacio, stay thtirsty my friend. Palacio is worth every cent we paid for him

    • Renzo

Indeed, I agree with you, I must admit like a lot of Interistas that I thought Palacio would be a waste of money but this lad has proved me wrong and I’m glad to see him score important goals for Inter. FORZA INTER!!! Can’t wait for Saturday to DEMOLISH these Rubentus cheaters!!

    • Victor

      How about “no”!

  • Styles

3-1 Inter!!! Beauty of a game! Goals by froggy, el principe, and ma man cambiasso! Fantastic game by the Inter 3 man line and Palacio who got 2 assists. FORZA inter!

  • INTer

lovely chip goal by cambiasso and palacio man of the match. we are still the king on the road

  • iman

the white kits are brilliant..nice to see cambiasso in form like many years ago..
palacio is superb..either he scores or assists..

  • Benjamin

After having seen Cambiasso criticized so often on this and other sites, perhaps now people will cut him some slack. His is one of the positions that will often receive much derision if it is not played impeccably. And it seems either Inter fans can be extremely fickle, or many people whose comments I have read, know nothing about football. Yes, he is older than 30. Yes, his wage is not exactly bad. But why, when he has a game that isn’t perfect does he become the target of so much abuse? The man is a legend, on his day one of the best defensive mids in the world. When not at his best, he still gives everything for the team and I’d take him happily over many other players I’ve seen named.

Lets have some more consistent love for El Cuchu please!!!
