We all can expect a lot of squad rotation for Thursday Europa League match-up against Partizan Belgrade. First off the defense, the fairly successful three-man defense is expected to continue but this time, it is rumored that Cambiasso and Silvestre will play in the defense instead of Ranocchia and Samuel. Due to the possible tactical change of Cambiasso, Guarin could have his chance at the first minute in the midfield together with Gargano. Nagatomo and Zanetti are on the left and right respectively. Milito and Cassano are expected to be on the bench and in their place are Coutinho and Livaja.

    why would stramma use Zanetti for thisone? I would prefer Nagatomo on the right and Pereira on the left. Naga hasn’t played since the derby, Pereira lacks match fittnes and Z4 is 39 and the season is very long…

    Terrible 1st half. Coutinho is the only lively player unfortunately taken off due to injury. Silvestre almost given away silly penalty. Jonathan get burned by 18 year old Markovic quite easily. This is not good unless Stramaccioni do something. Why always Inter play like this? Allowed opposition keep possession and let them toying with inter players.

      Be extremely careful when u mention livaja. he is the future of inter, hes still young, do u expect him to be messi? give me a brake dude! but partizan gave us lot of pressure. but i agree that silvestre has no place in this team anymore, jonathan was a bit confused today. but we won thx to milito and palacio. that is the important thing. forza inter!!

        agree with you. Livaja from our golden youth era. Silvestre + Jonathan next season gonna be out from Inter for sure

        I said that because Longo is far more better than Livaja and deserves more playing time when come back from loan…We have Palacio,Cassano and Milito,and probably we will get one more attacker in January, so we dont have enough place and patience for Livaja-sad but true.

    this is what i like about strama. he have a good vision,instinct and he make all players happy at inter. still his squad playing style little bit boring. he rotated the squad and give some bench warmer to play in partizan match. he didnot fear to play silvestre and jonathan even this 2 players were horrible and for livaja there is still alot to learn. bravo stramacioni at the end we won this match even a draw was a good result. we are growing now little by little day after day. 1st team and 2nd team have time to play, everyone at inters satisfied even us as a fan.

      Instead of playing Jonathan it is better to give a chance to Mbaye to prove himself. Jonathan after spent a playing time on loan at Parma last season, still can’t improve as a player. It is understandable If young player like Mbaye or Livaja make a mistake, but for a player at Jonathan & Silvestre age, it is better to offload them before they risk Inter to further damage.

        i agree with you. mbaye still recovering from his injury and he is not in strama project this season except emergency call up. in january silvestre and jonathan can go. rumour we want rolando or andreoli and sabastian jung

    Italian teams in Europe were embarrassing. It seems only Inter are keeping the co efficient up.
    Silvestre and Jonathan don’t deserve to be in the squad, Strama should just put in our youngsters like Mbaye instead

    Can not wait to see the back of Silvestre, Jonathon and Guarin. We got the first 2 on the cheap, but can someone explain to me why we overpaid for Guarin. A midfielder that can not think his way through possession is useless.

      Agreed. We should have bought Poli for less than half of that. Gargano is better than Guarin but i hope we get Paulinho in January

    Silvestre must stop playing, he is prone to mistakes……….livaja may have chance to play and guarin must find his rhythmic playing style like he used to have. Give limited and selective playing time for Jonathan. Please also let young players like Duncan and mbaye play

    Very strange match never really came to life but valuble leasons learnt about many members of the squad – 3) Lavaja is not ready we need another striker in January 2) Jonathan is ok going forward but very weak defensively and 1) Silvestre is a massive liablity every time he plays!!!
