Europa League: Neftchi vs. Inter – In View Of Milan Derby

Yes, we have a game on Thursday. With many of us already thinking ahead to the Milan derby on Sunday, Stramaccioni and his players will have to fly to Azerbaijan to play in the second game in the Europa League group stage. Changes are expected to be made by the young Italian coach. According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Stramaccioni should go back to a four-man defense with Jonathan and Pereira on the right and left, Juan Jesus and Silvestre are your defensive duo in the middle.

In terms of midfield, Guarin is expected to be back in the starting lineup together with Gargano and Mudingayi while Nagatomo and Coutinho will serve as side midfielders. Up front, it is very probable that Milito will be rested for Sunday game thus, the young Croatian striker Marko Livaja should be in his place.

    Zanetti? i just hate seeing him rested (if thats what it is) though I would much rather he be fresh to destroy Bilan. Used to having him play every minute, every single game. Anyway, hope we play a calmer game, holding possession, thus spending less energy, and thus able to control the game, if not just make more chances. Forza Inter!

    coutinho on the left of mid is stupid, he is trequartista, a player like giovinco, toti del piero, so why dont we play him in the right spot, secondly we should really be playing 4-3-2-1,

    Playing against a team that admit this is the biggest game of the decades for them wont be easy especially on their own backyard. First, we have to adjust ourselves to the pitch, climate, surroundings. Besides that, they are very motivated against us. However, this season, we always win without conceded single goal when we played away from San Siro even against tricky teams and this time, regarding who play or who don’t, I am convinced that we will win with or without a clean sheet. Forza Inter!

    Fly to Baku from Italy maybe quite far, hope they’ll not be too tired….

    Silvestre i think he has to prove himself that he’s not that bad in this game, if he still can’t defend against team like Neftchi… just give him back to palermo…

    Last Match we have our first win in Meazza, tonight i hope we’ll get our first win in UEL, and then get the second win in Meazza… Amen…

    Guarin playing selflessly and it leads to 3 goals. He had a chance too shoot but passed instead and it led to a goal, guess Strama had a word with him. Everyone is playing well including Jonathan. Cambiasso is a pretty decent CB
