Cesare Prandelli, the Italian national team coach, has a lengthy interview with the Gazzetta dello Sport and in which, he talks about the difficulties that both Milan clubs are facing. “I think we are over exaggerating about the situation of both clubs. There are new projects at Milan and also at Inter, who need time. Doing everything and immediately would be impossible.”

I would like to agree with you. In fact I would have two weeks ago but Coutinho seems to be orbiting at a different rate than the rest of the team. He’s either too brilliant/quick for the older legs in the squad or he just hasn’t matured enough yet. I can’t tell which it is. I see him dribble dribble dribble and actually create space and shots but when he passes no one is there but when he shoots the ball lands in row “z”. I love the kid. He is our future. I guess I’m ok with the slow involvement Strama is giving him.
