The great revolution. Now Inter are ready to start after a summer of cleaning up the mountain of salary. As reported by the Corriere dello Sport, the Nerazzuri have cut it from 170 million of last year to now at 140 million. One more step toward the larger goal of cutting costs down to about 120-130 million something that will not be possible as early as next year but as least the goal is a bit closer. This is a major achievement because two years ago, Inter had to fork out 200 million just for salary alone.
Here are some of the big savings that Inter got during the summer: 9 from Forlan, 5.6 from Pazzini, 19 from Julio Cesar, 9 from Maicon, about 13.5 from Lucio. Thus was born the revolution, all new players are with low salary with the exception of Cassano.
With the new Chinese investors, however, we have begun another major step in the revolution: increase in revenues. A process that will start already his season and with the arrival of the new stadium, that will be the true moment of boom financially. For an healthier Inter, more free to spend and more competitive, now and in the future.
