POST-AGREEMENT
The new stadium of Inter will be in the future strategic plans for international expansion of CRCC.
Within a month, the transition of the Chinese investor group to become minority shareholder will be completed. The financial guarantees have already arrived on the table of the club in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Then in October, there will be three new additions to the board of directors in Kamchi Li, Kenneth Huang and Fabrizio Rindi. At that point, the fun part will start: the beginning of the process to build the new stadium. This partnership with China Railway Construction Corporation is formally limited to only this project but everything is connected. Since this is a buisnies owned by the Goverment of the People’s Republic, CRCC has denied involvement in purchasing the shares of Inter (15% destined to increase to 40%). Exposing themselves like that would not be appropriate.
Project Used to build highways and railroads, China Railway – 59 billion euros in sales – now aims at sports buildings. The new home of Inter is the company’s card for further investment in the Western market. A building of about 55-60 thousand people with all the things of a modern stadium, an investment of 250-300 million. Location? San Donato Milanese is one of the hypotheses like the Expo era and other areas in Milan. They must deal with the municipalities and find the ideal solution.
