Agent: “Sneijder’s Future At Inter? You Never Know”

It seems like a total romance.  With Andrea Stramaccioni, Wesley Sneijder is a happy man.  Overseas people are talking about Real Madrid, all non-sense but yet, there are no certainties.  This is how Soren Lerby is feeling and he has discussed that to Calciomercato.com.

“What the English newspapers wrote, to me, are just speculations.  I have not had any contact with Real Madrid.  The possibilities that Real have spoken directly to Inter? I have no idea and you should ask Inter.  Will Sneijder stay in Milan? In football anything can happen,” is the mysterious comment by Lerby.

A statement that came out of nowhere because there are no offers on the horizon.

    I’m split on this one. We all know that the harsh FFP regulations are coming and Inter has not made money for some time now. Wesley is our most expensive player ($6.5 a season), and we’d be stupid to pass if Real offered absurd money for him. If we could get Sahin and a boatload of money, we should listen.

      I think it will make thing worse. The current squad is built around Sneijder. We do not have any replacement for Sneijder as Cou and Ricky are more dribbling-style player. Besides that, Sahin is central midfielder and not the answer of our problem which is pure winger.

      i totally agree, he could be sold tho. We have a little bit of cash to spend, and if it was Madrid who will offer us cash + Sahin, then we can use that extra cash from madrid to secure luca, that would be very tempting for branca and moratti. if it was up to me i choose ricky wes and cout. lucas yes but not as a replacement. he can play on the wing, and rotate with the remainder. otherwise…. no thnx. lots are crapping about ricky’s form last year. altho the whole team was messed up. i would love to give him his full chance. forza inter
