Lucio is on his way out of Inter and his agent is already working to find him a club in Turkey and today there was an approach from Lucio’s representatives with Inter to see if there is a possibility of a golden handshake (buyout) because the Brazilian’s high salary has slowed down negotiation with Fenerbahce. Inter did not come to an agreement. So if the player has an agreement with the Turkish club, he is free to go but without a buyout.
